After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll meet our guide and coach for today's sightseeing in Midtown and Lower Manhattan. Keep your eyes peeled for many famous sites as we make our way downtown through Chelsea, SoHo, and Chinatown! At the World Trade Center, we will have time at the National 9/11 Memorial for reflection. Our guide will lead us around the area, describing the renaissance of the neighborhood from before, during and after 9/11. On our way back to Uptown, we will stop in the Bohemian enclave of Greenwich Village. We’ll make a short stop for pastry and coffee at Rocco’s, an Italian bakery that has been family-owned for generations, before continuing on to Bryant Park for one of the best Christmas markets! This European-inspired, open-air market features artisans from around the world. From here, we will take a stroll past the elaborately-designed store windows of Fifth Avenue before heading to Rockefeller Center to see the magnificent Christmas tree and visit Top of the Rock. This 70th-floor observation deck offers amazing city views! After some free time to refresh and have dinner on our own, we will enjoy a hit Broadway show!
