DAY 1: SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8 (D) DES MOINES, IA
Today, we depart on our journey toward Branson! Our first stop is the Mayowood Mansion, elegantly adorned for the season and once home to Dr. Charles H. Mayo, co-founder of the renowned Mayo Clinic. Our day ends in Des Moines, IA, where our overnight accommodation and a delightful welcome dinner await.
DAY 2: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 9 (B, D) BRANSON, MO
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we head to Kansas City, MO, to visit the National WWI Museum and Memorial. As the only museum in the U.S. dedicated solely to World War I, it offers a captivating and immersive look at the conflict that forever changed history, making it a truly unique and inspiring experience. We will continue to Branson to check in to Branson Towers and enjoy a delicious dinner
DAY 3: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10 (B, D) BRANSON, MO
After breakfast, we will head to the beautifully decorated Titanic Museum for the holidays. The museum offers a peek into the world of the most famous luxury liner with galleries of artifacts from the ship and passengers and painstakingly re-created cabins and hallways. Next is the Grand Village Shops to shop at Kringles, Missouri’s largest year-round Christmas store. Time will also be available to explore the rest of the Grand Village Shops and grab lunch on your own. Our day continues at the Mansion Theatre for a captivating performance by Daniel O’Donnell, whose smooth vocals and engaging stage presence bring beloved songs to life, from country and pop to gospel and traditional Irish favorites. Tonight, enjoy dinner and a dazzling holiday show at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, where breathtaking ice-skating performances and a live arena show transform the Stampede arena into a magical frozen wonderland!
DAY 4: TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 11 (B, D) BRANSON, MO
Our day begins with the inspiring Branson Annual Veteran’s Day Parade, a moving tribute to our nation’s heroes featuring vibrant floats, marching bands, and veterans proudly representing all branches of service. Then, we are off to the Branson Landing boardwalk to explore the holiday lights and decorations at our leisure, do some last-minute Christmas shopping, and have lunch on our own at one of the area’s countless restaurants. In the afternoon, get ready to be amazed by a stunning performance at the Sight & Sound Theater, where incredible sets, costumes, and special effects bring faith-based stories to life. We’ll cap off our day with dinner followed by the Lights of Joy Christmas Drive-Thru to marvel at the more than 300 traditional and whimsical displays featuring over one million twinkling Christmas lights.
DAY 5: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12 (B, L) BRANSON, MO
Enjoy breakfast this morning before we make our way to Hughes Brothers Theatre to witness an unforgettable performance. The Hughes Brothers Christmas Show is a festive performance that immerses audiences in the holiday spirit. The Hughes Brothers and their extended family present a blend of vocal harmonies, dance routines, instrumental music, and light-hearted humor. After the show, enjoy a delicious lunch at the theater. Up next is Branson’s most popular Christmas show, The Haygoods Christmas Extravaganza. This Branson-raised brood has grown its success, fine-tuned its art, and brought modern entertainment to millions with countless musical styles. All our favorite Christmas songs are performed as only the Haygoods can – with light-up instruments and costumes, pyrotechnics, stunning visual effects, intricately woven harmonies, dancing, and an energy that will keep us on the edge of our seats. It will be an afternoon filled with excitement, sparkle, and laughter from one of Branson’s most beloved families!
DAY 6: THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (B, L, D) BLOOMINGTON, IL
Today, we begin our journey home with a stop at the iconic Gateway Arch in St. Louis, MO. This 630-foot monument offers
stunning views of the city and the Mississippi River from its top observation deck, along with a unique tram ride to the summit and a fascinating museum exploring America’s pioneering history. A wonderful farewell dinner will be enjoyed as a group before we settle into our hotel in Bloomington, IL.
DAY 7: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14 (B, L) HOME
After breakfast, we’ll travel to Lake Geneva to experience the magic of the Holiday Show at The Dancing Horses Theatre. In this breathtaking performance, equestrian artistry meets festive cheer in a beautifully decorated arena. Graceful horses perform intricate routines accompanied by dazzling costumes, stunning lights, and holiday music. After a delicious lunch and a private backstage tour, we’ll conclude our journey home with unforgettable memories.
