Our customization policy means you are not limited to set itineraries, dates, or pricing structures. Star Destinations handles every aspect of your tour, from its design to the booking of transportation, accommodations, attractions, and meals. We will develop marketing materials to help you sell, host a virtual or in-person travel show for your prospective travelers, and send an experienced tour manager with your group to ensure the trip exceeds expectations.
Virtually all-inclusive pricing
Gratuities, taxes, admissions, transportation, accommodations, baggage handling, and most meals are included in your tour pricing. We believe your travelers should relax and enjoy their trip instead of worrying about unexpected costs. We do not include every meal, so your travelers can explore on their own and satisfy their individual culinary preferences!

Our Process
Custom-designed itineraries
You and your tour designer will discuss your ideas and expectations for your tours, and he or she can offer suggestions on destinations/when to travel, unique experiences, and more. Types of tours we specialize in include:
- Domestic land tours
- International land tours
- Small-ship experiences
- Ocean or coastal cruises
- River cruises
Your tour designer will then create and price a custom itinerary that reflects your:
- Price point
- Desired dates
- Tour length
- Number of complimentary packages
- Number of passengers
- Commission
Detailed operations
Your dedicated operations team member will be your point of contact until the return of your tour. He or she is responsible for bringing your custom itinerary to life and will answer any questions you may have along the way.
- Contract: a contract will be drawn up outlining pricing, allotment of airline seats/hotel rooms/cruise cabins, minimum passengers, important dates, complimentary packages, etc.
- Bookings: Reservations will be made with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, restaurants, and attractions when appropriate. Final confirmations will be made once the passenger list is definitive.
- Client communications: Your operations team member will stay in communication with you throughout the process ensuring both parties remain up to date on important information such as registration numbers and airline upgrade opportunities.
Marketing Expertise
Star Destinations’ marketing team will craft professional marketing pieces that are designed to capture the attention of your members and help you sell. We will also assist you with staying connected with your registered travelers in the months leading up to departure.
- Brochure: Your beautiful brochure will present all the details on your tour – itinerary, inclusions, pricing, etc.
- Postcards: These can be used to generate additional interest from members or keep your registered travelers excited about an upcoming adventure.
- Newsletter write up: Carefully crafted copy for your newsletter or other publication will paint a picture of the wonderful experience you are offering.
- Motivational mailers: For incentive travel, attractive mailers sent directly to employees will help motivate them daily and create buy-in from spouses.

Pre-departure preparation
All travelers will receive documents containing all pertinent tour information. To protect the environment, all documents will be in digital form unless printed copies are specifically requested. Below are some examples of information that is included, when applicable:
